Won't You Stop Torture and Political Killing
The Arrest Now! Campaign presses leading NATO governments to order the arrest of all indicted war crimes suspects in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The campaign was launched in July 1997, when it became clear that many war crimes suspects would never face justice unless international forces arrested them.

Despite several arrests, nearly 50 publicly indicted suspects remained at large in early 1998. Indicted war crimes suspects exert substantial influence in many parts of Bosnia, blocking the return of refugees, suppressing dissent, using violence and intimidation to enforce their vision of ethnically "pure" states, and threatening the entire peace process.
